Z Zamia

What the seal means

Counterfeit skincare is a real problem here — fakes have been found carrying mercury and lead, and they're sold beside the real thing at a fraction of the price. Zamia's answer isn't a checkmark you're asked to trust. It's a tier you can look up, that says exactly how much we actually know about a shop.

UnverifiedSomeone told us this shop exists. Nobody has checked it. We show it, clearly marked — hiding it wouldn't make it safer.
Self-reportedThe shop told us what it stocks and where it sources from. Their word, recorded — not yet ours.
Spot-checkedSomeone from Zamia physically went there, saw the shelf, and saw where the stock came from.
GoldSpot-checked more than once, over time, with no unresolved reports against it.

If something's wrong

Every listing has a report button. Reports are anonymous. Three unresolved ones suspend the shop until a person looks into it — and a suspension never expires on its own, because a real problem shouldn't quietly age out.
